observations:

– Though the key to the map is missing, it seems like the brick red buildings are government/military which explains why the area between downtown and Tan Son Nhat Airport is saturated with them.

– If one were to go up the Hanoi highway towards Thu Duc District, they would find themselves driving through farm land.

– District 7 appears to be nothing more than a huge swath of rice paddies with barely any development. The same goes for District 2 save for Thu Thiem.
