Tokyo | Research Direction

This post is written to clarify our approach to the research of Tokyo.
We have already started by looking at Kenzo Tange’s idealism manifested through his diverse research and projects in 1960s. This is revealed by projects such as Tokyo Bay and other realized projects.
We are going to assess whether Kenzo Tange’s ideas manifested in his 1960s projects is reflected onto the development of Tokyo after 1960s. This observation includes in Tokyo as a city, and also parts of the famous districts that come into being after 1960s.
