This book can be said to be the first book that looks at a large Chinese minority in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and architecture and urbanism political relations. It is also one of the few academic works to Space Center is located in one of the city and nation building Chinese nationals. By including debates margins and space from the ideological hegemony, this book describes the history of the construction of urban and nursing homes to seek re-authentication space marginalized vulnerable groups (in Kuala Lumpur Chinese space), and re-script into a post-colonial nation-state narrative.
