In the journal, the author focuses on the law system in DIFC, which is a legal automony in Dubai. The policy and  legal framework of DIFC is based on British common law are introduced in detail. Then, the author explores deeply into the impact of the innovative legal framework on DIFC. We can understand the relationship between the prosperous development in DIFC and the law system with much freedom.
