Jingdezhen’s Porcelain Metropolis: The Rise of World’s Porcelain Capital

The map is showing porcelain factories scattered in Jingdezhen. Jingdezhen is a small city in the mountains of east China Jiangxi Province. As the world’s capital of ceramics, it combines old and new elements and attracts people from East and West. After revitalization, it become a porcelain metropolis with a decent transportation network, 4 cultural and creative industry development bases, ten porcelain factories. It was a symbol of worldwide trade, and it is ready to assume a bigger role in international cultural exchange.
